From the Add Opinion screen Contributors can record an opinion of the Candidate.
To record an opinion on the Candidate, enter the text of your opinion, record whether you think the candidate should progress to the next stage of the recruitment process and optionally give the Candidate a numerical rating out of 10.
Click the Save button to save your opinion to the database
From the Add Contact Note screen Contributors can record a contact history record for the Candidate.
To record a contact note enter the basic subject and summary of the contact and click the Save button.
